Hotel’s Policy

1. DEFINITIONS

Tierras Villas: The hotel establishment where accommodation services and related facilities are provided according to this Policy and the Accommodation Agreement.

Customer: The person who orders services from Tierras Villas and signs the Registration Form upon arrival or completes the online check-in.

Guests: The Customer and any persons staying in the room(s) booked by the Customer.

Agreement: The contract between Tierras Villas and the Customer/Guests for the provision of accommodation and all related services and facilities during the stay, excluding third-party services. The Agreement includes these General Terms & Conditions, the Registration Form, any Special Terms, and the Privacy Policy.

Third Parties / Third-Party Services: Independent companies or contractors providing services such as excursions, transport, sports, wellness, or other activities not directly offered by the Hotel.

Booking Agents: Third parties (tour operators, travel agents, OTA platforms) that arrange bookings on behalf of Guests.

 

2. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

  • Bookings can be made directly with Tierras Villas, via the official website, or through authorized Booking Agents.
  • A Booking Confirmation is issued once the Hotel accepts the request and includes pricing, dates, guest numbers, room types, and confirmed services.
  • A valid booking voucher from a Booking Agent is considered equivalent to a Booking Confirmation.
  • Customers must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

 

3. RATES, PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION

  • All rates are quoted in EUR and may include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payments: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Deposits, advance payments, and cancellation terms are detailed in the Booking Confirmation or rates page.
  • The Hotel may cancel reservations in case of delayed payment and apply cancellation fees.

 

4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Standard check-in time is stated in the Booking Confirmation or on the website.
  • Standard check-out is by 11:00 on the departure date unless otherwise approved.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

 

5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT

  • Guests must behave respectfully and not disturb others or hotel operations.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • Guests are responsible for damages and related repair/replacement costs.

 

6. LIABILITY & LOST PROPERTY

  • The Hotel is not liable for valuables left unattended. In-room safes are provided.
  • Lost items will be stored for a limited period; afterward, the Hotel is not obliged to return them.

 

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-Party Services operate independently. Tierras Villas is not responsible for their quality, performance, or safety.

 

8. VOYAGER LOYALTY PROGRAM – OMICRON HOTELS

8.1 Overview

The Voyager Loyalty Program rewards repeat Guests with exclusive benefits across all participating properties, including Tierras Villas. Participation is free and optional.

 

8.2 Membership Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Registration before or during stay
  • Name must match booking to earn points

 

8.3 Earning Points

  • Earned for eligible accommodation, dining & extras charged to the room
  • Credited within up to 14 days after departure
  • External payments may not qualify

 

8.4 Member Benefits

  • Exclusive member rates & offers
  • Priority communication
  • Welcome amenities
  • Early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability)
  • Room upgrades (subject to availability)
  • Discounts on spa, dining & partners
  • Complimentary nights & tier privileges

Benefits vary by tier and availability.

 

8.5 Limitations

  • One account per reservation
  • No retroactive points before registration
  • Subject to official Voyager Terms & Conditions

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, to fulfil operational needs and marketing communications where consent is given.

 

10. Amendments & Force Majeure

  • The Hotel may amend these terms at any time; the latest version applies to future bookings.
  • In force majeure events, the Hotel may cancel, modify dates, or transfer bookings without liability.
